Hello, I'm Karen Davis.

My Background:

 I am originally a Tennessee girl who  moved to Arizona 5 years ago with my
family.  I love Arizona!  There is nothing like the climate here for outdoor activities year round.

Education:

• Graduate of the University of Tennessee with a B.S. in Interior Design
• Graduate of the Arizona Real Estate School
• Graduate of the Society of Decorating Professionals Home Staging Certification Program

Experience:
 
I grew up working in the housing industry.  My Dad built homes and I grew up 
decorating his model homes and helping to market them.

After graduating from U.T., I owned an interior design business and practiced
until 2004.  Upon moving to Arizona I became a full-time real estate professional
after graduating from the Arizona Real Estate School. My interior
design background and previous experience in the housing industry give me
a unique perspective when assisting buyers or marketing a home for sellers.

I have extensive experience in working the current foreclosure market both
from the buyer's perspective and also on the listing side working with banks.

Interests:
 
I've always loved homes.   To be able to work full-time in something that has always been
 your passion makes every day fun! I'm lucky.... Ultimately, I love assisting clients in finding
 the "home of their dreams" no matter what price range I am working in.  I want my clients 
to have the best possible service with the least amount of stress.  A satisfied client brings me
great joy and it helps assure that my business grows in the future.

Personal residence featured on HGTV in 1998 and 1999.


Activities:

I enjoy time spent with my husband and our 4 sons playing golf, hiking or traveling. 
My girl hobbies are mah jong, pilates, exercising and GRITS.  GRITS is a 
social group that I organize for Girls Raised In The South.  I also 
volunteer at Mayo Clinic Hospital on special projects.  I've been a previous 
board member of the Florence Critteton Agency.

Complimentary Home Staging:

As a "complimentary" service to my clients I offer a free home staging consult
and am happy to assist a new listing client with staging their home when preparing
to sell.   I welcome the opportunity to discuss your home if you are considering selling.
